Oral Hygiene
It may sound cliché, but oral hygiene – brushing, flossing, and regular professional cleanings – really is the most important factor when it comes to oral health. If you don’t pay your dues with proper oral hygiene on a daily basis, you will pay much more costly and painful dues down the road. You should brush your teeth at least twice a day, ideally after eating or drinking, and floss every night before bed. You should also maintain your twice yearly cleanings with our excellent hygiene team. Our hygiene team is very gentle so you won’t leave your cleaning with sore gums, and impressively thorough to take care of any plaque or tartar you’ve left behind.
